Our attorneys have represented clients in the acquisition and sale of real estate, and we have handled complex transactions that include the sale of ongoing businesses like apartments, hotels, office buildings, and shopping centers.

We represent both lenders and borrowers in financing real estate transactions, including acquisition loans, construction loans, and refinancing. We have represented private lenders with unique financing issues – including short-term loans, nontraditional collateral, and variable interest rates. We have also served as borrower’s counsel in private bond issues and serve as authorized agents for three national title companies. When our clients face a default (as lender or borrower), we stand ready to assist with loan workouts, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu, foreclosures, or receiverships.
