Practical Experience

Defending a hospital at-large. Successfully defended a hospital and its nursing staff which were accused of negligence resulting in an anoxic brain injury to a young mother with damages in excess of $55 million. The case was tried to a jury resulting in an unanimous defense verdict.

Defending surgeons in medical malpractice. Successfully defended surgeons who were accused of negligence in the treatment of a trauma patient resulting in the death of a patient resulting in an unanimous defense verdict.

Defending dentists in medical malpractice. Successfully defended two dentists accused of negligence in a dental implant case resulting in an unanimous defense verdict.
