Assisting University Outside Counsel

In December 2016, Thomas M. Todd was the title and real estate counsel assisting university outside counsel in a $9,000,000 hotel acquisition, to be remodeled into offices to serve the university hospital. This acquisition involves multiple parcels in an urban setting, and required research into an unreported Circuit Court decision adjudicating the subject property to be a legal nonconforming use, as well as creating a new legal description in conjunction with the University’s engineer.
