Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce that Cary Howard is a presenter for a live NBI seminar on Legal Ethics: Attorney Fees and Client Funds. Cary is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics and professional responsibility, having previously served as Deputy Kentucky Bar Counsel. Cary’s practice, in addition to Commercial Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Choice of Entity Planning, often involves representing and consulting with attorneys facing ethics and professional responsibility issues. Cary is a member of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Ethics Commission and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He also currently serves as Receiver appointed by United States District Judge Danny Reeves for the handling of over 20,000 client files found in the offices of disbarred attorney Eric C. Conn.
