The attorneys and staff of Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, extend their heartfelt condolences to Congressman Andy Barr and his daughters, Eleanor and Mary Clay, on the tragic loss of their beautiful wife and mother, Carol. Andy and Carol were a part of the Kinkead & Stilz family for four years, and Carol made a lasting and indelible impression on our entire Firm, truly lighting up any room or gathering that she graced. Like all other Kentuckians, we are stunned and heart-broken at the tragic and sudden loss of such a bright star as Carol. Our thoughts and prayers are with Carol’s entire family at this time of unimaginable loss and grief.
