In June, 2016, Thomas M. Todd was the title and real estate counsel assisting a large Industrial contractor in several related transactions. First, Todd’s client purchased property owned by a quasi-public agency, which consisted of multiple parcels originally platted as an abandoned subdivision, prior to which had been acquired by the public agency. Thereafter, Todd’s client constructed a facility leased to a national equipment manufacturer and distributor, then sold the fully constructed leased facility to a REIT for over $11 million.
