Kinkead & Stilz Announces the Addition of a New Member and Opening of Paintsville, Kentucky Office

The members of Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, are pleased to announce that Shawn C. Conley has joined the firm as a member. Shawn has more than 20 years of defense experience, including the defense of medical negligence claims, nursing home liability claims, personal injury claims and a broad range of insurance defense issues. His experience enhances the firm’s existing medical negligence practice and its broad array of litigation strengths, including professional and municipal officer liability and business, real estate, tax, and estate litigation matters.
