K&S Appointed Receivers for Abandoned Eric Conn SSD Client Files

Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce that Cary B. Howard and D. Barry Stilz have been appointed Receivers for the abandoned Eric Conn Social Security Disability files. All the files have been removed from the prior offices of Mr. Conn and are now in the possession of the Receivers. The appointment, made by United States District Court Judge Danny C. Reeves of the Eastern District of Kentucky, involves collecting, inventorying, and, to the extent possible, distributing and making available for distribution the files, estimated at more than 7000 individual files. The U.S. Department of Justice has released the following statement on the Appointment:
