K&S Welcomes Bethany Breeze Davenport

Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce the addition of Bethany Breeze Davenport to our team, where she will serve as an Associate in our transaction practice group, specializing in wills, trusts, and estates. Bethany brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles where she assisted clients with complex estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. Her professional journey also includes significant roles in tax law, highlighted by her work with a firm in Nashville, TN, where she drafted various legal documents and performed transaction diligence reviews.

Bethany holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Kentucky Law Journal. She earned her B.A. from Transylvania University where she still serves on alumni boards in support of her alma mater. Bethany’s dedication to legal excellence and community service is evident through her involvement with the Fayette County Bar Association, her volunteer work with local animal rescues, and her contributions to legal publications. Her comprehensive background and commitment to client service make her an invaluable addition to Kinkead & Stilz. Welcome Bethany!
