We have a wealth of knowledge in the equine industry, including the thoroughbred, standardbred, and performance horse segments. We have been involved in the negotiation and sale of historic and landmark farms located in central Kentucky. Additionally, our attorneys have represented numerous owners and breeders of horses in a myriad of litigated matters from the collection of debts associated with equine assets to the successful defense of multi-million dollar complex fraud.
