At K&S Dispute Resolutions, we have certified mediators that will help you find certainty in uncertain times. Whether your matter is pre-suit, in suit, or on appeal, our mediation professionals are here to help you.

What makes K&S Dispute Resolutions (“KSDR”) different?

Certified Mediators
KSDR has mediation professionals that are certified. Our professionals have completed an intensive forty (40) hour class that emphasizes negotiation and psychology of conflict and demonstrated their competency as a certified mediator.

Experience On Both Sides
KSDR has experience on both sides of the bar. Being able to understand both sides of a position is critical to finding a resolution. We have the only mediator in Kentucky that has been named as a Super Lawyer® as both a defense attorney and personal injury attorney.

Work For A Resolution
We don’t just care about numbers. At KSDR, we roll up our sleeves and work hard to get matters resolved. Our mediators believe that mediation is a process and there are no “shortcuts”. We take our role in the process very seriously. You will always find our mediators thoroughly prepared for your mediation and equally, take their role as neutral seriously. We are not here to tell you what to do or what something is worth. We are here to listen and develop a conversation between parties, which will, hopefully, lead to a fair resolution.

Fair & Equitable
One side doesn’t have to lose in mediation. Instead, at KSDR, our mediators strive to find a fair and equitable resolution for both sides.

Understand What Is At Risk
KSDR has actual trial experience across a variety of legal areas. This is critical in the selection of mediators. At KSDR, our certified mediators have an actual understanding of what is at risk and the factors involved.
