I could never perform open heart surgery or design a building, but I can help those that do to understand any claim against them and lay out a roadmap to the best resolution of the matter.

Practical Experience

Advocating for medical professionals. Defended a rural hospital in federal court against broadly drawn attacks against employees and very business and brought to a successful resolution.
Advocating for nursing homes. Managed all litigation for a group of nursing home owners across Eastern Kentucky, bringing several cases to trial and successfully resolving others.
