I have dedicated my practice to the representation of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and their physicians, nurses and staff. Proven trial results. Obtained a favorable verdict for a target defendant in a clear liability claim.

Successful resolution of high exposure claim. Retained by a commercial excess liability carrier to negotiate the settlement of a multi-million dollar claim that allowed carrier and their insureds to avoid the risk and exposure of a trial with significant damages available to the Plaintiff.
