Summary Judgment for Physician in Fayette County

Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce that Melanie S. Marrs was successful in obtaining Summary Judgment on behalf of a physician in Fayette County in a case involving neuropathic pain and sequela following a cosmetic procedure. Plaintiff identified an expert, but under strong cross-examination at deposition, the expert conceded and withdrew each of his criticisms, forming the basis for the Motion for Summary Judgment.
