Welcome Casey C. Stansbury

Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce Casey C. Stansbury has joined the firm in an Of Counsel position. Casey has over 22 years of experience as a defense attorney. Over his career, Casey has represented international, national, regional, and local entities in a wide range of issues ranging from insurance litigation to construction and employment matters. Casey has served as excess and oversight counsel for clients and was emergency trial counsel for several large insurance carriers.

Casey brings his mediation experience to Kinkead & Stilz and will be launching K&S Dispute Resolutions this summer.

Casey is a graduate of Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law and earned his BA from Louisiana State University.
