Defense Verdict in Woodford County Medical Malpractice Trial

Kinkead & Stilz is pleased to announce that Melanie S. Marrs and Tonya S. Rager were successful in obtaining a Defense Verdict on behalf of a Chiropractor in Woodford County, in a case involving a claimed permanent brachial plexus nerve injury following chiropractic manipulation. Plaintiff claimed that the adjustment exacerbated pre-existing conditions which caused the alleged injury. However, the jury did not believe this claim and found the chiropractor did not breach the standard of care. Tonya and Melanie continue their great work defending the medical community of the Commonwealth.
