Kinkead & Stilz Announces the Addition of Four Attorneys.

Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, welcomes attorneys Albert F. Grasch Jr., Stuart Thaman, James E. Yeager, III, and Sanders H. Platt to the Firm’s litigation practice.

Grasch has over 35 years of experience in civil trial work including business and business owner disputes, personal injury, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, and estate litigation in both state and federal courts. He also provides legal counseling for businesses. Grasch currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fayette County Bar Association and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and Transylvania University.

Thaman’s experience spans a wide variety of cases, including insurance defense, premises and automobile liability, and representation of healthcare providers and facilities in defense of medical negligence claims. Thaman is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and Hillsdale College.

Yeager joins Kinkead & Stilz’s civil rights litigation defense team following three years as an attorney with a regional defense firm where he defended a wide variety of insurance clients. Yeager is a graduate of University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and Centre Collete.

Platt is a 2023 graduate of University of Kentucky’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law. He joins the Firm’s corporate, estates, and general litigation practice.
