Madeleine Taylor Baugh
Of Counsel

I am a problem solver and a lover of words. Words drew me to the practice of law. Listening to my clients, helping them understand how the law affects their goals, and assisting them in crafting a solution is my idea of success.

Practical Experience

Carrying on legacies. Assisted numerous individuals and families in handling the personal and financial transactions inherent in settling a loved one’s estate.

Planning for the future. Advised individuals; couples, both married and unmarried; and the many iterations of families in our world in determining how to protect their assets, both personal and business, during their lifetimes and how to plan for their deaths.

Helping people protect their families. Assisted caregivers in planning for the infirm and disabled using power of attorney, advance directives, guardianships and special needs trusts.
