Creditor’s Rights. Represent creditors in a variety of loan workouts and foreclosures, including successful ownership, management and sale of shopping center and other distressed assets.

Loan Participation. Represent purchasing lenders and selling lenders in structure, collateralization and capitalization of complex loan participation interests.

Commercial Loan Closings. Assist lenders in drafting and negotiating complex commercial loan documents.
